Looks pretty wicked 
If I were to offer a critique:
The hair looks a bit off. It should flow with the shape of where it is resting better, it looks too rigid right now. Also I believe the fishnetting looks too pristine. With the battle torn loin cloth as well as the numerous chunks taken out of the actual armor, I feel the fishnets to be too unscathed. It distracts from the rugged and torn look of the rest of the model. Finally, I feel the mouth flaps and chin are too smooth. The predator has a lot going on in their mouths and look very... vagina-ish (as immortalized by the wonderful quote "OK pussyface, it's your move.")
Don't take this poorly, though, the model is stunning. Much better than my skills O.o But you requested critique so figured I would give it (this is all rather nit-picky stuff).
